Stratasys Fortus 900mc

The Fortus 900mc is the most powerful FDM system available, delivering remarkable agility, sharp accuracy and high return on investment. With 12 real thermoplastic options and a massive build envelope. The most precise and largest of the Stratasys Performance family, specifically designed for direct digital manufacturing applications.

The Fortus 900mc 3D Production System builds durable, accurate, repeatable parts as large as 914 x 610 x 914 mm (36 x 24 x 36 in.) with two material bays for maximum unattended build time. You can nest multiple jobs or even simply repeat print duplicate parts on the huge build base.

Three layer thickness options let you strike just the right balance between fine feature detail and FDM’s fastest build. For demanding functional prototypes, production parts, jigs, fixtures and factory tooling, the 900mc works with 12 real thermoplastics that meet a range of material performance requirements.

Fortus 900mc Specifications

Key Features

Accuracy
The head gantry is driven by ball-screw technology resulting in more accurate parts with improvements in predictability and repeatability.
Advanced FDM Technology
FDM builds parts in production-grade thermoplastics, enabling the most durable parts. Fortus systems use a wide range of thermoplastics with advanced mechanical properties so your parts can endure high heat, caustic chemicals, sterilization and high-impact applications.
Non-stop 3D production
Get marathon performance from your Fortus 3D Production Systems. With 500 cubic inches of material in every Xtend 500 Fortus Plus box, big jobs run five times longer without reloading material.
Perfect for

stable thermoplastics that continue to outperform nearly all competing technologies in accuracy and repeatability. FDM technology manufactures parts in production-grade thermoplastics that are ideal for conceptual modelling, functional prototyping,
manufacturing tools and end-use parts.
