Worcester HQ - Accounts Team 2 Positions...

Credit Controller & Purchase Ledger

Our Worcester HQ conveniently located on Junction 6 of the M5 has 2 positions available within our accounts team in both our Purchase Ledger and Credit Control Teams supporting all areas of the Group including 3D Print, CAD Software and Wide-Format hardware divisions. 

Credit Controller 

Hours: Full Time 

Mon to Thurs 9 am to 5:15 pm | Friday 9 am to 5 pm 

Wage: To be negotiated based on experience

About the Role:

Reporting in to our Credit Control Manager and joining a team of 4 you'll be used to using a diarised credit control suite & will be ensuring some 400 live monthly accounts pay to credit terms.  

  1. Telephone chasing overdue debt for Stanford Marsh Ltd and Cadspec Ltd some 200 to 300 live accounts. 
  2. Ensuring as a team that debtor days for The Stanford Marsh Group stay within target
  3. Creating new Customer Accounts for the sales team including a credit worthiness check. 
  4. 'Lock downs’ reviewing Customers who haven’t traded with us for 6 months for credit worthiness. 
  5. Cash posting to Sage 1000 ERP  
  6. Housekeeping across all ledgers at the request of the Credit control Manager.

DERBY - Internal Sales Role

Our Derby office located in DE21 has a position for a proactive internal sales person selling our range of 3D Printer Consumables and Creative Office Supplies to new & existing customers. 

Hours: Full Time

Wage: To be negotiated based on experience

Commission: Yes

About the Role:

We've been supplying specialist consumables for Design Offices since 1965, you will benefit from our extensive market knowledge, broad portfolio encompassing market leading brands such as Canon, EPSON, HP & Stratasys as well as our own brand Product lines & significant buying power.

You will be required to proactively contact customers to increase sales, bring new customers to the business as well as process incoming orders with other team members, as well as general sales admin such as replenishing stock, raising tickets & more.

Progression through the business into multiple departments is always a possibility.
