All Premier Support Centres have already met Autodesk's demanding standards of technical capability in order to achieve accreditation. They have proved their experience in handling large and complex multi-platform system integration. All Premier Support Centres have also undertaken to provide a 'guaranteed response time' technical hotline - backed by qualified personnel. So, at Autodesk Premier Support Centres first class is the only acceptable standard.


Quality support from highly trained staff

Every centre guarantees to provide full-time support engineers, trained up-to-the-minute in AutoCAD and supported applications, and qualified to perform installations and other engineering functions. In addition there will always be a certified engineer available. Naturally, all Autodesk Premier System Centre Engineers receive regular update training in their specialised fields and products.


Full telephone technical support

Every centre maintains a sufficient level of in-house hardware to enable them to offer full telephone technical support for the platforms, operating systems and application software that they support.


Demonstrable operations expertise

Before achieving Autodesk Accreditation, every centre will have provided evidence of at least ten satisfied clients in each of the following areas:

Installing and supporting multiple seat, AutoCAD based Novell / Microsoft NT Networks.
Installing and supporting AutoCAD and advanced integrated industry applications.
Installing and supporting AutoCAD with a networked Technical Document Management system.


Fast and reliable service support

Every centre offers service support that's there when you need it. The telephone technical support line gives you ready access to fully qualified engineers, and technical support disks will be mailed to you as soon as you need them. Consistent quality is ensured because, of course, all centres have gained BS/EN/ISO9002.


Planned preventative maintenance

You may wish to discuss our Planned Preventative Maintenance Contracts whereby you can pre-purchase engineer's time in advance. An engineer will come to your site at the specified period (quarterly, bi-monthly or whatever period suits) and optimise the configuration of your systems, install any incremental updates, or attempt to rectify any reported faults on the PC's. If for some reason, you require attendance to site by an engineer outside of the set period, the time spent with you could be deducted from your remaining PPM time, or invoiced at the same rate.


Hardware maintenance

We can also arrange to cover all of your computer hardware under one contract (On-site/Next day/4 Hour option). We cover all major PC hardware manufacturers such as Compaq and HP as well as any 'clone' machines. We can also arrange cover for your peripheral devices such as plotters, printers and digitisers.

We can link the renewal of your software and hardware contracts so that you have peace of mind that your investment is fully covered at all times - from a single source.
